Black Hills Birth to 3 Connections is an early intervention program for infants and toddlers. Early intervention is defined as services or supports that will help meet the needs of an infant or toddler (birth to three years old) who has a developmental delay, including services for the family to help them with the development of their child. These services include identification, screening, evaluation, and therapy at the earliest possible time to help prevent a more serious disability later on.
Black Hills Birth to 3 Connections is a federal program administered under the Department of Education. Black Hills Special Services serves as the fiscal agent. We serve all families in the western region of the state. For more information, please call us at 605.394.6089 or 1.800.219.6247.
